Oswego man charged with weapon possession after domestic incident

OSWEGO — The Oswego Police Department responded to a reported fight with mention of a firearm at approximately 9:23 p.m. June 8.

Upon arrival and further investigation, officers determined that a domestic incident had occurred.

During the course of their investigation, officers recovered a loaded semi-automatic firearm.

Dakota Richardson, 21, of Oswego has been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony, and menacing in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
