PENN YAN — Chasity R. Schorpp was arrested by Penn Yan police for criminal mischief in the fourth degree following a complaint that she damaged property of another on June 9.
Police allege that Schorpp got into an argument with another individual and intentionally damaged their property during a domestic incident on Seneca Street.
Police made contact with Schorpp on June 10 and she was taken into custody without incident.
Schorpp was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Penn Yan Village Court to answer to the charge at a later date.
