Palmyra After a ruckus in the village on June 17, a local man was taken into custody by the Palmyra Police Department.
Adrian Santana of Palmyra was allegedly involved in an incident at 608 East Main St. on June 17 at around 4:52 p.m., according to the police.
Authorities claim that after threatening to assault a fellow citizen, Santana refused to assist responding law enforcement.
Santana was accused with second-degree harassment, disruptive conduct, and hindering governmental administration.
He was given an appearance ticket after being processed at the Palmyra Police Department.
A further appearance by Santana is planned before Palmyra Village Court.
