ELLICOTTVILLE Robert G. Morgan, 35, of Olean, New York, was taken into custody by the Ellicottville Police Department on a warrant on June 26.
After an incident in the town of Ellicottville, Morgan was charged with aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and criminal contempt in the second degree.
He was freed on his own recognizance after being arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court.
