ALTONA A felony probation violation warrant led to the arrest of a 38-year-old Altona man on June 25.
After obtaining the warrant, Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies detained Jared M. Lashway at 4:09 p.m. on suspicion of violating probationary conditions.
Clinton County Court issued the warrant in June.
On June 2, 2023, Lashway was found guilty of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and placed on probation.
In order to hold him until his arraignment in Clinton County Court, he was remanded to the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
The arrest was made with the help of New York State Police and Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies.
