PROVIDENCE A 19-year-old guy from Providence was taken into custody by members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on Friday on suspicion of possessing child pornography.
After being processed at Lincoln Barracks, Jose Delacruz was taken to the Sixth District Court.
Judge Jabour arrested Delacruz and imposed $5,000 personal recognizance bail with particular conditions, such as limited internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.
As of as now, police have not released any other details.
