MARATHON On June 27, Colton Lee, 34, of Marathon, was taken into custody by New York State Police in Homer on a class E felony charge of first-degree criminal contempt.
On June 26, the Cortland County 911 Center sent troopers to the town of Marathon in response to a report of a domestic conflict on Landers Corners Road.
When the troopers arrived, Lee was gone.
Lee was found to have broken an order of protection after an investigation.
At around 7:36 p.m., Lee was taken into custody and taken to the Cortland County Jail for a centralized arraignment.
