SAUGERTIES After a reported altercation, a 26-year-old local man was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon.
At approximately 3:40 p.m., Saugerties police arrested Marcus J. Wilson.
He was accused of a first-degree crime of criminal contempt and a second-degree infraction of harassment.
The Saugerties Police Department processed Wilson.
While awaiting arraignment, he was taken to CAP court.
