2 Bath men arrested on drug charges after traffic stop

BATH After a car check on July 2, two Bath males were taken into custody on drug-related offenses.

At before 10:30 p.m., a Village of Bath Police Department officer pulled over a vehicle on West Morris Street for breaking the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.

A quantity of crack cocaine was discovered in the possession of the residents during the course of the inquiry.

Harry M. Green, age 61, and Nathaniel Pittman, age 65, both of Bath, were taken into custody and charged with one count of Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

After processing, Pittman and Green were given an appearance ticket and released.

Both are subsequently due at Bath Village Court.
