BUFFALO On July 3, Shaun L. Sealey, 46, of Buffalo, was taken into custody by the Community Stabilization Unit with the help of the Buffalo Police Department Intel Unit on charges of criminal possession of a weapon third degree—two counts (D Felony), criminal possession of a weapon second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree.
The Buffalo Police Department Intel Unit assisted the Community Stabilization Unit in carrying out a search warrant on W. Chippewa St.
Two 9mm pistols and a tiny quantity of crack cocaine were among the weapons found in the flat.
Sealey’s cell phone was also confiscated.
After being apprehended, Sealey was processed.
While awaiting court, Sealey was taken to the Buffalo Police Department.
