Driver hits utility pole in McGraw, passenger injured

MCGRAW On June 26, a car struck a utility pole on Main Street, injuring a passenger in minor ways.

to around 10:09 a.m., the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office arrived to the intersection of Main Street and Clinton Street in response to a motor vehicle collision involving personal injuries.

When the operator went off the road and struck a utility pole, officers discovered he was heading east on Main Street.

TLC Ambulance took the passenger to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center for additional assessment.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office received assistance at the scene from the McGraw Fire Department, TLC Ambulance, National Grid, and Stupke’s Towing.
