JOHNSTOWN Between June 6 and June 19, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reported handling 442 occurrences and 47 arrests.
Three fraud investigations, 36 motor vehicle accidents, 69 traffic stops, 16 welfare checks, nine animal complaints, one assault, one criminal contempt case, one criminal mischief complaint, 11 disorderly conducts, 18 domestic violence complaints, two DWIs, seven larcenies, five menacing complaints, four mental health complaints, and 36 motor vehicle accidents were among the incidents that occurred over the two-week period.
Among the 47 arrests, many people were charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, grand theft, burglary, criminal contempt, animal cruelty, and operating a motor vehicle when registration was suspended.
In the Town of Johnstown, Gloversville resident Galiyah K. Avershaw, 21, was accused of driving a car while her registration was revoked.
In the Town of Perth, 24-year-old Brandon D. Woodcock was charged with two charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, an A misdemeanor, and criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony.
In the Town of Caroga, Johnstown resident Brian P. Tretola, 58, was charged with a misdemeanor of torturing or harming an animal and failing to provide nutrition.
In the Town of Johnstown, two people were charged with operating a motor vehicle when their registration was suspended: Thomas E. Bradt, 64, of Gloversville, and Cameron L. Woodruff, 33, of Amsterdam.
In the City of Johnstown, David N. Lenkewich, 44, of Amsterdam, was charged with first offense driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with BAC of.08% or higher, and aggravated DWI: BAC of.18% or higher.
Gloversville resident Danelle N. Tucker, 29, was charged with aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operating in the first degree, an E felony, in the Town of Broadalbin.
The Town of Perth Court issued warrants for the arrest of Joel T. Chenaille Jr., 34, of Broadalbin, and Austin J. Edwards, 33, of Edinburg.
In addition to being accused in the City of Johnstown with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an A misdemeanor, and promoting prison contraband in the first degree, a D felony, Zachary S. Jones, 33, of Root, was detained on a warrant issued by the Town of Bleecker.
In the Town of Johnstown, 19-year-old Frank N. Garcia of Amsterdam was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a D felony, and criminal trespass in the third degree, a B misdemeanor.
On the basis of a warrant issued by the Town of Bleecker Court, Adam S. Bleyl, 29, of Johnstown, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree burglary, a C felony, criminal mischief, a C felony, and grand larceny, a C felony.
Using a warrant granted by the Town of Johnstown Court, Jamie L. Ormanian, 43, of Gloversville, was taken into custody.
In separate incidents, Christopher S. Williams, 45, of Gloversville, Daniel C. Lastro, 22, of Gloversville, Ilene Hooks, 54, of Gloversville, Laiken R. Herrlett, 31, of Amsterdam, Kellie A. Connelly, 61, of Altamont, Megan S. Minch, 42, of Richfield Springs, and Christopher S. Williams, 45, of Gloversville were all charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.
In the Town of Ephratah, Francesca S. Capodiferro, 21, of Broadalbin, was charged with first offense driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with BAC of.08% or more, and aggravated DWI: BAC of.18% or more.
The Town of Broadalbin Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Felicia A. Coffinger, 29, of Greenwich.
In the Town of Ephratah, Cameron N. Tarbox, 24, of St. Johnsville, was accused of driving a car when his registration was revoked.
In the Town of Mayfield, Jessica L. Taft, 27, of North Chatham, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operating.
In the Town of Mayfield, Joshua A. Kilmartin, 30, of Gloversville, was charged with aggravated family crime, an E felony, and criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony.
The Town of Broadalbin accused 20-year-old Aiden S. Mueller with assault in the second degree, a D felony.
In the Town of Johnstown, Geraldo J. Orengo, 48, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a B misdemeanor; criminal mischief in the second degree, a D felony; and grand larceny in the third degree, a D felony.
In the Town of Perth, Jose F. Sierra Jr., 41, of Amsterdam, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operating.
In the Town of Johnstown, 40-year-old Gloversville resident Brandon T. Clear was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, an A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment.
In the Town of Mayfield, Gloversville resident Andrew J. Peifer, 41, was accused of driving a car while his registration was revoked.
In the Town of Mayfield, Jonathan M. Jennings, 45, of Gloversville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operating.
Zachary J. Acquilla, 38, of Broadalbin, was charged with bail jumping in the second degree, an E felony, in the Town of Johnstown after being taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Town of Johnstown Court.
In the Town of Mayfield, Richard S. Ellis, 57, of Amsterdam, was accused of driving a car while his registration was revoked.
In the Town of Johnstown, Voorheesville resident Kyle A. Calabro, 34, was charged with driving a car while having a suspended license.
In the Town of Ephratah, 36-year-old David H. Gibson of St. Johnsville was charged with three class A misdemeanors: assault in the third degree, two instances of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree.
On a warrant issued by the Town of Mayfield Court, 54-year-old Jacob R. VanNostrand of Mayfield was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and petit larceny in the Town of Johnstown.
The Fort Plain Police Department issued a warrant for the arrest of Jason W. Wagoner, 41, of Minden.
The Town of Johnstown Court issued a warrant for the arrest of 42-year-old Salisbury resident Tiffany A. Darby.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the arrest of August E. White, 45, of Broadalbin.
In the Town of Mayfield, 52-year-old Gloversville resident Scott R. Stapf was charged with three counts of torturing or harming animals and failing to provide nutrition, which is a misdemeanor.
Colleen M. Dumblewski, 38, of Broadalbin, was charged with petty larceny, an A misdemeanor, and third-degree burglary, a D felony, in the Town of Johnstown.
In the Town of Caroga, Richard P. Colson Jr., 39, of Gloversville, was charged with a misdemeanor of menacing in the second degree.
