Gilbertsville After an investigation into a theft at a nearby company, a 46-year-old Gilbertsville woman was taken into custody on Sunday on a petit larceny charge.
Following an investigation into a larceny at Sam Smith’s Boatyard and Blue Mingo Grill Gift Shop, the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Xanthe E. Elbrick.
After processing, Elbrick was given an appearance ticket and released.
A later appearance in Town of Otsego Court is planned for her.
