Lee After responding to a report of domestic violence at a property in the Town of Lee on June 24, deputies from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office took a Lee man into custody.
Sheriff Robert M. Maciol said the incidents happened over the course of the previous weekend and week.
After investigating the area, deputies concluded that Lee resident Damian Michael, 30, had been physically assaulted by his girlfriend.
After being arrested, Michael was brought to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building in Oneida County, where he was processed and given a ticket.
Michael is charged with five misdemeanors, including criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, menacing, assault, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal mischief. He also faces one count of criminal contempt in the first degree, a Class E felony.
Michael was transferred to the Oneida County Correctional Facility for consolidated arraignment following processing.
