HOLLIS Ralph Hughes, 76, of Hollis, is the subject of a Silver Alert issued by the Maine State Police.
At around 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, Hughes, who has cognitive impairments, was last seen at his home on Mason Drive in Hollis.
Authorities think he walked out of the house.
Hughes is a Caucasian man with brown eyes, white hair, and a height of 6 3 and 205 pounds.
When last seen, he was dressed in gray shoes, blue jeans, and a red shirt.
The Maine State Police are asking anybody who sees Hughes or knows where he is to call them at 207-624-7076, EXT 9.
