MILFORD After a car accident on June 13, a 19-year-old guy from Maryland was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, Michael B. Gardner was charged with first-time charges including driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license plate, and failing to give the right of way on a left turn.
Following a car collision in the Town of Milford, the arrest took place.
According to deputies, Gardner was discovered to be intoxicated.
He was processed, released, and given uniform traffic fines. He will next appear in Milford Town Court.
