CHITTENANGO At 4 p.m. on Saturday, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office declared that a 77-year-old woman with dementia who had vanished from the village had been found safely.
At an unspecified time, Helena Riveros drove a 2016 black Toyota Camry registered in New York with the license plate KHY6138 out of Chittenango.
When last seen, she was dressed in pink pajama bottoms and a pink top.
According to the description, Riveros is a Hispanic woman who weighs around 150 pounds, is about 5 feet 3 inches tall, and has olive skin.
She can communicate in Spanish and English.
