OLEAN — A 45-year-old Olean man was arrested June 13 on an outstanding indictment warrant charging him with drug offenses.
Donald Brundage of 128 N. 11th St. was taken into custody by the Olean Police Department’s patrol unit.
Brundage faces charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both Class B felonies.
The charges stem from allegations that Brundage sold crack cocaine in the city of Olean.
