OLEAN — A 36-year-old Olean man turned himself in to police June 17 on felony drug charges.
Ronald Daniels III of 330 Laurel Ave. surrendered on an indictment warrant charging him with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both charges are B felonies related to selling crack cocaine in the city.
