ONEONTA After an investigation into a suspected theft at a nearby Home Depot, a 30-year-old Oneonta woman was taken into custody on June 15 on a felony grand larceny charge.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office charged Margaret M. Rudesheim with fourth-degree grand larceny.
According to the sheriff’s office, the arrest came after a complaint that over $1,000 worth of merchandise had been taken out of the Oneonta Home Depot without being paid for.
On an appearance ticket, Rudesheim was processed and freed.
Oneonta Town Court is where she is expected to appear.
