MILFORD After a welfare check investigation, a 44-year-old Otego woman was taken into custody on June 12 on a narcotics possession charge and an outstanding family court warrant.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office discovered that Christina L. Socci had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Delaware County Family Court.
During the inquiry, deputies also found that Socci was in possession of a controlled narcotic.
She was accused of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled drug.
Otsego County Corrections received Socci while he awaited centralized arraignment.
The Milford Town Court will hear the matter.
