OWEGO On June 30, Justin Netherton, age 21, of Owego, was taken into custody by New York State Police in Owego on charges of second-degree assault, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
Troops were called to a home on Halsey Valley Road in the town of Spencer on June 19 at around 7:52 p.m. in response to a report of a domestic conflict.

In the end, Netherton was arrested.
After the incident was reviewed, Netherton was taken into custody and sent to the Tioga County Jail for a centralized arraignment.
