Penn Yan On Thursday, a 35-year-old Penn Yan man was taken into custody on a criminal mischief warrant.
At 12:36 p.m., deputies from the Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jordan J. Daggett at the county office building.
The event that led to the warrant happened on June 29.
In order to await CAP legal processes, Daggett was taken to Yates County legal.
For the arrest, Deputies P. Skelly and Morehouse were present.
