Penn Yan After an encounter, Penn Yan Police arrested a minor for third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
The minor allegedly threw an object into a windshield, breaking it, then punched another person in the face.
Yates County Probation received an appearance ticket from the minor.
Family Court will hear the charges.
