PLATTSBURGH — A 33-year-old Plattsburgh man was arrested Saturday on a felony warrant alleging he violated the conditions of his probation.
Brett Harris was taken into custody at 12:41 p.m. June 14 by Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies.
The warrant was issued in June by Clinton County Court.
Harris was placed on probation after being convicted April 9, 2024, of criminal contempt in the first degree on two counts, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Harris was remanded to the Clinton County Correctional Facility to be held until arraignment by Clinton County Court on a later date.
