PLATTSBURGH According to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, a 46-year-old woman was taken into custody on June 25 on suspicion of narcotics possession, criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
At 9:04 p.m., Margo L. Diaz of Plattsburgh was arrested for allegedly stealing and causing damage to goods from a Plattsburgh business.
When Diaz was arrested, deputies stated they discovered that she was in possession of a controlled narcotic.
She was accused with Class A crimes, including seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled narcotic, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and petty larceny.
Diaz received appearance tickets to appear in Plattsburgh Town Court at a later time after being processed at the Sheriff’s Office.
