In order to examine the possible effects of the proposed modernization project at the Land Port of Entry, which is situated on Province Street (Route 139) in Richford, Vermont, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has created a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA). Since the existing main building on the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, GSA will concurrently coordinate and adhere to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET, GSA will hold a public hearing to share project details and solicit feedback on the proposed project and the Draft EA.

A project presentation will kick off the meeting, followed by a time for public feedback.
The period for public comments is June 30, 2025, through July 29, 2025. One of the following ways can be used to send comments:
