Rhode Island police arrest 4 in drug, warrant cases

LINCOLN — Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Quincy Harold, age 28, of 166 Sisson Street, 2nd Floor, Pawtucket, June 13 for possession with the intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance – marijuana.

Harold was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, then turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending his arraignment in Sixth District Court on Monday.

Members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Michael Johnston, age 23, of 44 Miller Avenue Apt. #1, Providence, June 13 on a Sixth District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for pre-trial conference on an original charge of simple assault originating out of the Providence Police Department.

Johnston was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and arraigned by a justice of the peace.

The ACI Investigations Unit arrested Channell Williams, age 34, last known address of 441 Pond Street, Woonsocket, June 16 for conveyance of unauthorized articles to or from institutions and possession of controlled substance less than 10 grams.

Williams was arraigned at State Police Headquarters, issued $10,000 personal recognizance bail, and provided with a future court date.

The ACI Investigations Unit arrested Sean Skipper, age 48, last known address of 46 Richter Street, Providence, June 16 on an affidavit/arrest warrant for violation of community supervision originating from the ACI Investigations Unit.

Skipper was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator.
