Rhode Island troopers make 3 arrests in 2-day span

LINCOLN WOODS On Thursday, June 19, at 10:50 a.m., troopers arrested 20-year-old Domingos Goncalves of 133 Tweed Street, Second Floor, Pawtucket, for fleeing the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle and disorderly conduct.

A barracks inquiry and a subsequent residential check led to the arrest.

After being processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, Goncalves was arraigned and released to appear in the Sixth Division District Court at a later time.

At 12:27 a.m. on Friday, June 20, troopers arrested Moacyr Ramos, 37, of 15 Harrison Street, Pawtucket, for violating a domestic protection order.

An automobile stop in the City of Central Falls led to the arrest.

After being processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks, Ramos was detained overnight until he was arraigned and presented to the Sixth Division District Court as a probation offender.

Christopher Junior, 39, of 402 Potters Avenue, Providence, was taken into custody by troopers on Friday, June 20, at 12:54 a.m., for driving after his license had been denied, revoked, or suspended for specific infractions.

An automobile stop in the City of Pawtucket led to the arrest.

Junior was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks and detained overnight until he was arraigned and presented to the Sixth Division District Court as a bail violator.
