ELLICOTTVILLE Following an altercation in the town, Andrew L. Button, 35, of Salamanca, was taken into custody by the Ellicottville Police Department on June 27 for third-degree criminal mischief.
In order to answer to the charges, Button was given an appearance ticket and released to appear in Ellicottville Town Court.
