Following the execution of a search warrant at his home on Wednesday, Sandown police detained a 39-year-old man on suspicion of detaining a lady against her will.
According to a press release from the Sandown Police Department, Donald K. Forsyth III of 40 Eastfield Loop was charged with false detention and criminal restraint.
The Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit assisted in carrying out the search warrant at Forsyth’s home.
During the hunt, police were able to find the woman.
Forsyth is under preventative detention at the Rockingham County House of Correction.
He will be arraigned at the 10th Circuit Court in Derry on Friday at 9 a.m.
