ROBBINSTON At at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, troopers from the Maine State Police Northern Field Troop arrived at a crash on Ridge Road in Robbinston that resulted in significant injuries.
The organization was requested to help the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at the scene, according to the authorities.
Troops discovered a black Chevrolet Trax in a ditch with significant damage to the passenger side when they arrived.
Five people, including 19-year-old Tamara Sockabasin of Perry and four minors, were in the car, which was driven by 19-year-old Aleksa Suddy of Eastport.
Every resident was taken to the hospital.
LifeFlight transported three people to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
One of those people is described as being in critical condition, and two others are classified as being in serious condition.
The injuries to the other occupants are not life-threatening.
Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
