Unadilla man arrested on contempt, harassment charges

UNADILLA After a trespass investigation, a 33-year-old Unadilla man was taken into custody on Monday on accusations of harassment and criminal contempt.

According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, Tyler J. Clark was charged with trespassing, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, harassment in the first degree, and criminal contempt in the first degree.

According to deputies, on June 16, Clark broke a legitimate order of protection by entering a victim’s property.

According to investigators, Clark also purposefully damaged the victim’s car.

After being taken into custody, Clark was detained at the Otsego County Jail until his arraignment in Unadilla Town Court.
