OWEGO A Waverly man was charged with felony grand larceny on June 18 after he reportedly used a victim’s bank card to take thousands of dollars.
Timothy Davis, 42, was taken into custody by New York State Police on suspicion of third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
According to police, the victim claimed on June 10 that Davis had taken thousands of dollars out of their account and used their bank card without authorization.
Davis was detained and processed at the State Police barracks in Owego after being approached by a trooper.
For a centralized arraignment, Davis was taken to the Tioga County Jail.
