WESTBROOK During a drug investigation last Tuesday evening, Westbrook police found about 23 grams of methamphetamine and 61 grams of fentanyl, leading to six arrests.
The Westbrook Police Department reports that an officer on patrol stopped a car linked to suspected drug activities after spotting suspected drug activity at a home on Brackett Street.
Officers and a narcotics agent were called to the Brackett Street residence after illegal drugs were discovered in the car.
Officers discovered a number of people and illegal drugs at the property, and they took prompt action to stop one individual from trying to destroy evidence, according to the police.
Westbrook resident Sara Dymond, 46, was accused of violating her release conditions and aggravated trafficking in scheduled narcotics.
At the time of the event, Dymond was on seven sets of bail, according to the police.
Scarborough resident Christopher Cavallaro, 45, was accused of violating his release conditions and aggravated trafficking in controlled narcotics.
Police said Cavallaro was on two sets of bail at the time.
Portland resident Saddiq Ali, 32, was accused of illegally possessing methamphetamine, failing to give his true name, and violating his release terms.
According to authorities, Ali had an unrelated arrest warrant and was out on three sets of bail.
Portland resident Daniel Beausang, 37, was accused of illegally possessing controlled substances.
The 26-year-old Jordan Madsen, who was classified as itinerant, was accused of illegally possessing scheduled medications.
Standish resident Erica Mathies, 25, was accused of illegally possessing a schedule substance.
