WORCESTER — A 42-year-old Worcester woman was arrested Thursday on charges of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals and failure to provide proper sustenance.
Jennifer L. Race was taken into custody following an investigation into a dog complaint in the town of Worcester, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Race was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Worcester Court at a later date.
The sheriff’s office did not release additional details about the investigation.
